A delicious and healthy baked oatmeal loaded with mixed berries, perfect for a nutritious breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Wet ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (or coconut oil)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Berries

  • 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl.
  • Combine wet and dry, then fold in berries.
  • Pour into a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use frozen berries for convenience; adjust baking time if using fresh.
