Instructions
Toss sliced beef with flour. Cook beef until browned, then set aside.
Sauté onions and mushrooms until softened and browned. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Add beef broth, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in sour cream, then return beef to skillet. Cook 2–3 minutes until heated through.
Serve over noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
Use fresh parsley for best flavor and serve immediately.
