A quick and flavorful beef stir fry loaded with colorful vegetables, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

1lbbeef sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain
2tablespoonscornstarch
2tablespoonsvegetable oil
Vegetables
1red bell pepper, slicedred bell pepper
1green bell pepper, slicedgreen bell pepper
1cupbroccoli florets
1carrot, thinly slicedcarrot
1small yellow onion, slicedyellow onion
3cloves garlic, mincedgarlic
1teaspoonfresh ginger, grated
1/3cupsoy sauce
2tablespoonsoyster sauce
1tablespoonbrown sugar
1tablespoonsesame oil
1/2cupbeef broth
1tablespooncornstarch mixed with water (slurry)
Instructions
Slice beef thinly, toss with cornstarch, and set aside. Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and beef broth; stir in slurry.
Heat oil in a skillet, sear beef for 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove.
In the same pan, add remaining oil, cook garlic and ginger for 30 seconds, then add vegetables. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Return beef to pan, pour in sauce, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
Serve hot over rice or noodles, garnished as desired.
Notes
Use high heat for quick searing and stir-frying to keep vegetables crisp-tender.
