A hearty and flavorful stew featuring tender beef neck bones and fresh vegetables, perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients

Instructions
Brown the beef neck bones in a pot, then remove and set aside.
Sauté onions, garlic, and carrots until softened.
Add beef bones, tomatoes, tomato paste, broth, paprika, thyme, and potatoes. Simmer for 2–3 hours until tender.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use fresh parsley for garnish and adjust seasoning to taste.
