Delicious crispy nachos topped with seasoned ground beef and melted cheeses, perfect for sharing.

packet taco seasoning

sliced jalapeños, diced tomatoes, beans, sliced green onions, salsa, sour cream, guacamole
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheets with parchment.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook onion until softened (~3 min), add garlic and cook 1 min.
Add ground beef, cook until browned (~5 min), drain excess fat.
Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmer 3 min until liquid evaporates.
Spread chips on baking sheets, top with beef and cheese, add optional toppings. Bake 10-15 min until cheese melts.
Remove from oven, add fresh toppings, serve with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh cilantro or a squeeze of lime before serving.
