hot water

soy sauce

hoisin sauce
Instructions
Slice beef into thin strips, marinate with soy, hoisin, salt, and pepper for 20-30 minutes.
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat, add oil, then cook beef until mostly done (~2 min). Remove and keep warm.
In the same pan, cook garlic for 1 min, then add vegetables and cook until softened (3-5 min).
Add hot water, soy, and hoisin sauces, bring to a boil.
Return beef and noodles to pan, toss gently, and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with additional sliced green onions or sesame seeds.
