A quick and flavorful Asian-inspired dish featuring tender beef and crispy vegetables tossed with noodles.

Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, and sliced onions; cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Return beef to the pan. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, beef broth, and sugar. Toss to combine and cook for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and add to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use tamari instead of soy sauce and gluten-free noodles.
