flour tortillas 10-12 inch

Cilantro Lime Rice or plain rice seasoned with lime, salt and pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking rack on a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.
Cook the ground beef with chopped onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and cayenne until beef is browned.
Warm tortillas and assemble burritos by adding beef mixture, rice, beans, cheese, salsa, chilies, and toppings. Roll tightly.
Place assembled burritos on the prepared baking rack and bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts and tortillas are crispy.
Serve with chipotle sauce or sour cream, guacamole, and enjoy!
