Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss halved potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Roast for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Steam or blanch broccoli until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Combine cooked beef, broccoli, and roasted potatoes in bowls. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
