A quick and flavorful stir-fry combining tender beef with crisp broccoli in a savory sauce.
Ingredients

flank steak

olive oil or vegetable oil

broccoli florets

fresh ginger grated

Instructions
Place the flank steak in the freezer for 30-60 minutes to firm up.
Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips and set aside.
Mix sauce ingredients: ginger, garlic, chicken stock, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, hot sauce, and cornstarch.
Cook the steak in hot oil until browned, then add broccoli and stir-fry until tender.
Pour in the sauce, cook until thickened, then serve over rice or pasta.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
