Ingredients

Flatbreads

  • 2 piece 8 inch flatbreads (naan)
  • 0.25 cup BBQ sauce (plus more for drizzle)
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar
  • 0.75 cup shredded chicken (rotisserie recommended)
  • 0.25 red onion red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425˚F (220˚C).
  • Spread BBQ sauce on flatbreads, then top with cheeses, chicken, and red onion.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and crust is crispy. Drizzle with extra BBQ sauce and garnish with cilantro.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of smoked paprika or chili flakes.
