Delicious grilled chicken skewers coated with a spicy, sweet, and tangy sauce, perfect for a flavorful appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Other

  • as needed Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions 

  • Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to make marinade.
  • Toss chicken cubes in marinade, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Whisk mayonnaise, chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to make sauce.
  • Thread chicken onto skewers and grill 5-7 minutes per side until cooked and charred.
  • Rest skewers briefly, then brush with Bang Bang sauce and serve.

Notes

Soaking skewers prevents burning during grilling.
