Delicious grilled chicken skewers coated with a spicy, sweet, and tangy sauce, perfect for a flavorful appetizer or main dish.
Ingredients

chicken breast, cut into bite-sized cubes

soy sauce

sesame oil

rice vinegar

garlic, minced

Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to make marinade.
Toss chicken cubes in marinade, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Whisk mayonnaise, chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to make sauce.
Thread chicken onto skewers and grill 5-7 minutes per side until cooked and charred.
Rest skewers briefly, then brush with Bang Bang sauce and serve.
Notes
Soaking skewers prevents burning during grilling.
