  • 1 1/4 lbs extra large shrimp, (peeled and deveined)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic (3 cloves)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper Salt and pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place shrimp in a baking dish.
  • Melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Stir in lemon juice.
  • Pour sauce over shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, then toss and spread evenly.
  • Bake until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 9-13 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Serve with crusty bread or rice for a complete meal.
