Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
Place salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, then pour marinade over.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, sauté garlic, add heavy cream, and simmer until thickened. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
Drizzle sauce over salmon, garnish with lemon slices, and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon just before serving.
