Instructions
Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Peel and chop the banana. Juice the lime.
Combine avocado, banana, lime juice, spinach (if using), and almond milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Add honey or maple syrup and blend again.
Pour in vanilla extract and add ice cubes. Blend until chilled and thickened.
Adjust sweetness or thickness as needed, then pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For a creamier texture, add more banana or ice cubes as desired.
