Ingredients

  • 1 piece ripe avocado (Provides creaminess and nutrients)
  • 1 piece lime (Adds citrus flavor)
  • 1 cup spinach (Optional, for greens)
  • 1 piece banana (Adds sweetness and creaminess)
  • 1 cup almond milk (Or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (Optional, for sweetness)
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract (For flavor)
  • Ice cubes Ice cubes (To chill and thicken)

Instructions 

  • Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Peel and chop the banana. Juice the lime.
  • Combine avocado, banana, lime juice, spinach (if using), and almond milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Add honey or maple syrup and blend again.
  • Pour in vanilla extract and add ice cubes. Blend until chilled and thickened.
  • Adjust sweetness or thickness as needed, then pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add more banana or ice cubes as desired.
