Ingredients

Liquid

  • 1 cup Milk or dairy-free milk

Ice

  • 1 cup Ice

Greens

  • 2 cups packed Spinach

Fruits

  • 1 small Apple cored and cut into chunks
  • 1 small Banana sliced

Protein Powder (optional)

  • 1 scoop Plain or vanilla protein powder (optional)

Instructions 

  • Pour the milk into the blender.
  • Add ice, spinach, apple, banana, and protein powder if using.
  • Blend until smooth.
