A cozy and nutritious breakfast combining warm oats with tender apples and a hint of cinnamon, topped with protein and honey.

Drizzled honey
Instructions
Bring water or milk to a boil, add oats, ground flax, cinnamon, and vanilla. Cook for 10 minutes until absorbed.
Remove oats from heat and stir in protein powder one tablespoon at a time.
Sauté diced apples with coconut oil and cinnamon for 10 minutes until tender.
Serve oats topped with apples, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Notes
Use fresh apples for best flavor and adjust honey to taste.
