A hearty and flavorful stew combining tender beef with sweet apple cider and vegetables, perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients

beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes

Instructions
Mix flour, salt, and pepper; coat beef with seasoned flour.
Brown beef in oil, then deglaze pan with apple cider, water, vinegar, thyme, and bay leaves.
Return beef to pan, bring to boil, then simmer covered for 1 hour.
Add vegetables, bring to boil, then simmer for 45 minutes until tender.
Adjust seasoning, discard bay leaves, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh herbs or a splash of red wine during simmering.
