This moist and flavorful banana bread is loaded with chocolate chips and optional add-ins, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 8x4-inch loaf pan.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Beat butter and sugar until creamy, then add eggs, banana, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients; fold in chocolate chips and optional add-ins.
Pour batter into pan, top with extra chocolate chips or coconut, and bake for 55-60 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For best results, use overripe bananas and store leftovers in an airtight container.
