A delicious baked pasta dish featuring jumbo shells filled with creamy chicken and ricotta, topped with cheese and baked to perfection.

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
(cooked and shredded)

heavy cream

chicken broth

unsalted butter

garlic, minced

grated Parmesan cheese
(plus more for topping)

container (15 oz)
ricotta cheese

egg

chopped fresh parsley

shredded mozzarella cheese

Alfredo sauce
(store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Cook shells until al dente, drain, and set aside.
Make Alfredo sauce: melt butter, cook garlic, add cream and broth, simmer, then stir in Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Mix shredded chicken, ricotta, egg, and parsley; combine with half of Alfredo sauce for filling.
Stuff shells with filling, arrange in dish, pour remaining sauce over, top with mozzarella and Parmesan, then bake 20-25 minutes.
Notes
For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella.
