Ingredients

Salmon

  • 2 filets salmon filets (6-8 ounces each)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten free)
  • 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • to taste Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a small bowl.
  • Pat dry salmon and season with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Line basket with foil.
  • Place salmon in basket, pour glaze over, and cook for 4-8 minutes until cooked through.
  • Remove and serve with remaining sauce.
