Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 medium russet potatoes

Instructions 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Slice potatoes into 16 wedges.
  • Place wedges in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with seasonings. Toss to coat.
  • Arrange half of the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Flip wedges with tongs, then cook for an additional 5 minutes until crispy.
  • Repeat with remaining wedges. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispiness, increase cooking time by a few minutes.
