Ingredients

Filling

  • 2 cups boiled potatoes, mashed
  • 0.5 cup peas
  • 0.25 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 pack wonton wrappers or spring roll wrappers
  • Olive oil spray Olive oil spray

Instructions 

  • Cook onions until soft, then add peas, potatoes, spices, and salt. Mix and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Let the mixture cool.
  • Place a spoonful of filling on a wrapper, fold into a triangle, and seal edges with water.
  • Spray with olive oil and place in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.

Notes

Ensure the filling is cooled before assembling to prevent sogginess.
