Ingredients

Meat Filling

  • 200 grams ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper

Potato Mixture

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.5 cup cheese (optional) (optional)
  • 0.5 cup flour
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Cook ground beef with onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until fully cooked. Let cool slightly.
  • Mix mashed potatoes, egg, cheese (if using), flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Form potato mixture into small patties, add a spoonful of beef filling in the center, then seal and shape into a patty.
  • Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F), lightly spray basket with oil, place pancakes, and spray tops with oil.
  • Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.

Notes

Ensure not to overfill the pancakes to prevent leakage during frying.
