Instructions
Cook ground beef with onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until fully cooked. Let cool slightly.
Mix mashed potatoes, egg, cheese (if using), flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Form potato mixture into small patties, add a spoonful of beef filling in the center, then seal and shape into a patty.
Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F), lightly spray basket with oil, place pancakes, and spray tops with oil.
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
Notes
Ensure not to overfill the pancakes to prevent leakage during frying.
