Pat shrimp dry. Mix flour with salt and pepper. Dip shrimp in beaten egg, then coat with flour mixture.
Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange shrimp in a single layer. Lightly spray tops. Air fry at 400ºF (200ºC) for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway.
Whisk mayo, Thai chili sauce, and Sriracha until smooth.
Remove shrimp and toss in the sauce until coated. Garnish and serve immediately.

For extra crispiness, spray shrimp lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
