Ingredients

butter

  • 60 g butter, softened

sugar

  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 50 g light brown sugar

egg

  • 0.5 medium egg ½ medium egg, beaten
  • 0.5 tsp ½ tsp vanilla extract

flour

  • 100 g gluten-free self-raising flour
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 0.25 tsp ¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda

white chocolate chips

  • 80 g white chocolate chips

  • 0.5 medium egg ½ medium egg, beaten
  • 0.5 tsp ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 125 g gluten-free self-raising flour
  • 0.25 tsp ¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 80 g milk chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  • Add beaten eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  • Stir in gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, and bicarbonate of soda until combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Scoop onto baking sheet and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.

Chill the dough before baking for best results.
