Instructions
Peel and devein the shrimp, then finely chop or blend into a paste.
Mix the shrimp paste with vegetables, cornstarch, egg white, salt, and walnut oil until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small balls and flatten into pancakes, then coat with a little oil.
Heat avocado oil in a pan and fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
Notes
Use gloves when shaping the pancakes to prevent sticking.
