A quick and flavorful shrimp stir fry packed with vegetables and a savory sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

yellow onion (thinly sliced)

red (yellow or orange bell peppers, thinly sliced)
bell peppers

Sauce ingredients

regular soy sauce or tamari

Instructions
Whisk sauce ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
Cook shrimp in 1 tbsp oil until pink, then remove and set aside.
Sauté onion 1–2 min, then add vegetables and cook 7–8 min until tender-crisp.
Return shrimp to skillet, pour sauce, and cook 2 min until thickened. Garnish and serve over rice.
Notes
Adjust spice level with sriracha to taste.
