A quick and flavorful shrimp dish cooked in garlic butter, perfect for a fast dinner or appetizer.

  • 450 g raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions 

  • Pat shrimp dry and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook 1-2 minutes until pink.
  • Stir in lemon juice and parsley, toss gently, then remove from heat.
