Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook 30-60 seconds.
Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper; cook 60-90 seconds until pink, then flip.
Add butter, lemon juice, and parsley; cook 2-3 minutes until shrimp are opaque and sauce is thickened.
Serve immediately with rice, pasta, or vegetables.
