Instructions
Wash and shred the cabbage.
Sauté diced onion in oil until translucent.
Add cabbage, chopped tomato, black pepper, water, and stir.
Cover and cook for 7 minutes until tender.
Add de-seeded Scotch bonnet pepper (optional), then break up and add corned beef, stirring well.
Simmer for 3-4 minutes, then serve with rice, plantains, or bread.
Notes
